Ignore the price of them for this. Both have LT1's, 6spds, T-tops, & are from 1994. They are like fraternal twins.

I would go for the Camaro. It looks better, has cleaner body lines, & has fixed headlights.

Camero for my,
Camero is the correct Orlove way to spell it.
![]() 09/22/2017 at 10:05 |

probably the Camaro. I was never a fan of the innie hoods on the firebirds

Neither. Optispark: 60% of the time it works every time.

Firebird, because of chicken on hood and pop up headlights and stuff.
![]() 09/22/2017 at 10:11 |

Usually I prefer pop up lights when I can get them, but this time, I would take the Camaro.

Whichever one has the easier LSx swap?

Camaro
![]() 09/22/2017 at 10:18 |

And being a higher production car the Camaro will be easier to get parts for.

and if he does buy it ... NEVER EVER pressure wash an Optispark engine.

Seeing as they are the same thing, Firebird because I had one, and they look better. I think the interior looks way better with the different dash.

Always the Firebird. I love this design.
![]() 09/22/2017 at 10:24 |

I prefer the back end of the firebird, but the front of the camaro.

The T/A.
![]() 09/22/2017 at 10:34 |

T/A, but it needs new wheels and LS1 taillights badly.
![]() 09/22/2017 at 10:37 |

Agree with the wheels, disagree about the taillights.

I have to go with the ‘maro. I like the green on the Pontiac, but I think the Camaro has a cleaner design and I like that. Especially the spoiler molded into the body, I’ve always liked that.

The facelifted 4th gen Firebirds are soooooo much better looking.
I’d probably go with the Firebird if I had to though, simply because I don’t care for the color red.

I would go for the Firebird. It looks better, has actual body lines instead of looking like a melted bar of soap & has pop-up headlights.
Then sell it and get a better car instead.

Disagree. The facelifted Firebirds look way better, but the front end of the facelifted Camaro looks like fried hell.
![]() 09/22/2017 at 11:41 |

Sealed beam Camaros are the best looking 4th gens IMO.

It’s gotta be the Pontiac. The green is a much better color in my opinion. Plus, POP UP HEADLIGHTS! If the Camaro had the later front end I might change my opinion.
The wheels have got to go. Those look like they came off of a grand am.
![]() 09/22/2017 at 12:15 |

The ‘bird is the word, just needs some new wheels.

#NotATransAm
Nevermind went and looked at the ad. #NotAFormula

Goddammit. Rear wing fixation.
![]() 09/22/2017 at 12:47 |

No the ad is wrong. It’s a T/A.

people are calling it a trans am but I dont think its a trans am its a formula. I vote neither and go with a LT1 Firehwak in green with no t tops.
